These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Funny Face mobile application ("the app"). By downloading, installing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Funny Face on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Funny Face. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement.
You agree not to:
Photos and videos you capture with Funny Face are yours. They are stored on your device, and you are solely responsible for the content you create and choose to share. You must have the necessary rights to any faces, people, music or material that appears in your creations. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Funny Face uses Snap Camera Kit to provide AR lenses. Your use of AR features is also subject to Snap Inc.'s applicable terms and guidelines. The AR lenses and related technology are provided by Snap and/or our team and remain the property of their respective owners. Funny Face is an independent app and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Snap Inc.
The app is free and supported by advertising delivered through third-party networks such as Google AdMob. The app also integrates third-party services (e.g. Firebase). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for third-party content, including ads or destinations they link to.
The app, its design, logos, text, and underlying software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. The "Funny Face" name and branding may not be used without our prior written permission.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. Some AR lenses require hardware capabilities your device may not support.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access to the app or any feature at any time, with or without notice, including if you breach these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when we update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
